Aligns and transports molds in automatic chocolate production lines

The SELMI SPINNER 175 and 275 are designed to rotate moulds 90 degrees as they exit a SELMI TUTTUNO Oneshot Machine to enable them to be fed into the SELMI Automatic Demoulder to create automatic and customized production line configurations.

In industrial plant engineering, for reasons of space and forward movement, there is a tendency to design and install lines with linear profile continuity.

For this purpose, for construction needs which consist of connecting standard machines to each other in order to automate them, it is sometimes necessary to reverse the side of advancement of the mould.

The Spinner is therefore essential for the automatic connection of the Spider model vertical cooling tunnel to the automatic demoulder, as it picks up the cooled chocolate mould at the exit of the tunnel, automatically rotates it 90° and transports it correctly to the entrance of the demoulder.

– The mould, rotated 90°, goes from 175 mm to 275 mm in width on the conveyor belt making it compatible with the next machine.

– The Spinner is essential for connecting the new Spider with the Demoulding machine.
