The MICRON 25 ball refiner significantly enhances the Selmi range, offering a compact and highly efficient solution for producing spreads, anhydrous gelato pastes, pralines, cremino chocolates, and chocolate. With a tank capacity of up to 25 kg, the machine enables rapid production while ensuring a particle size below 20 microns.
Designed to meet the demands of high-quality, precise, and continuous production, the MICRON 25 features a renewed, ultra-compact design, optimized for operation even in laboratories with limited space. The motor, located on the top, improves ergonomics and guarantees a perfectly sealed processing tank. Continuous product recirculation is ensured by a lobe pump, providing a smooth and homogeneous flow throughout all refining stages. The machine is fully electric with a robust and efficient double-chain transmission.
The MICRON 25 is equipped with an advanced double-chamber bain-marie temperature control system, allowing the operator to independently manage the temperature of the upper and lower sections of the tank. This configuration makes it possible, for example, to keep the lower section at lower temperatures, compensating for the heat generated by the friction of the balls and thus preserving the organoleptic properties of pastes, creams, and chocolate. The integrated cooling unit further supports this thermal balance, ensuring constant and uniform processing throughout the entire refining cycle.
The machine also features fully updated software and a user-friendly, intuitive graphical interface, allowing storage of up to ten recipes and operation in either manual or automatic mode. Ease of use combined with high precision makes the MICRON 25 the ideal solution for those seeking efficiency, quality, and control in a single refiner.
